Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor at Brighton Mercedes-Benz. The role supports the sales team by organising vehicles on site, loading the online showroom daily with photos, prices and descriptions, and delivering vehicles to customers.

You will also create CitNOW videos and oversee social media activity, working in a fast-paced premium environment. The ideal candidate is highly organised with strong IT skills, good communication, and a detail-oriented

Vehicle Site Progressor

Location: Brighton Mercedes-Benz

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 18:00pm

Salary: £29,000

Here at Brighton Mercedes-Benz we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator/ Vehicle Progressor and be the key to support our sales function. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leading brand!

Your sales team will consist of Sales Executives, a Business Manager & Sales Manager. As a Site Co-Ordinator/ Vehicle Progressor, you will assist our busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and, ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Excitingly, part of the role is to load and maintain our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily. These will be used on our website and across our social media accounts.

• Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, placing them onto our online showroom daily.
• CitNOW videos for our customers.
• Organising vehicles on site to make it presentable for our customers.
• Oversee our social media accounts and track responses.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers.
• Ensureboth the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standaed

Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced premium environment and working well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.
