LSH Auto is seeking a dynamic Used Car Sales Manager for our flagship dealership in Stockport. You will lead used car sales operations, maximize sales, and improve customer satisfaction. Your leadership will guide a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets while maintaining excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive market knowledge and used car sales experience, develop effective strategies, manage inventory, and foster a positive sales environment.

Hours: 40

Compensation: Competitive salary, OTE bonus, and a company car.

Requirements
  • Significant used car sales experience with managerial background.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team training and development.
  • Deep understanding of the used car market, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer service focus to ensure positive experiences.
  • Analytical skills for sales data and market trends evaluation.
  • Valid UK driving license.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory to ensure a diverse vehicle selection.
