Job summary

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for a flagship Leeds site, managing a high-volume showroom with substantial stock and busy customer footfall. You will lead from the front, drive performance, coach the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and optimise profitability in a fast-paced environment with alternating 4/5 day weeks and weekend cover.

This role offers £56,500 base with £80,000 OTE and a pathway to career progression within a growing automotive

This is not your typical Used Car Sales Manager opportunity.

We're working on a major recruitment project for a flagship, high-volume used car supermarket in Leeds, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the site.

With significant stock, huge customer volumes and ambitious plans for the future, this is an opportunity to join a business operating on a much larger scale than a traditional dealership.

We're looking for a proven sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, drive standards and performance, and lead a team from the front.

What We're Looking For
