At Vertu Vauxhall Chingford, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our highly successful and dynamic used car team. We are offering a basic salary with an OTE of £70,000, plus a company car and an excellent range of company benefits.

About the Role

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a controlled sales process through your team – including Business Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues. You’ll coach and drive your team to achieve targets across used car sales, finance, insurance, and value-added products, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and ethical standards at all times.

You’ll be responsible for managing all sales campaigns and promotions to maximise performance, customer engagement, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strong character – a proven leader with at least 12 months’ experience in a high-volume main dealer environment. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering impressive sales results, improving profitability, and driving operational efficiency.

You must be an excellent communicator, a motivator of people, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
