Signify Technology is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead 360 recruitment within the US market from our London HQ. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strategic client partnerships, and mentor junior consultants while delivering high-quality outcomes for US-based technology clients.

Based in London with hybrid work from Moorgate, you will own stakeholder relationships and drive multi-hire campaigns across Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI.

Formación

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• A track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI markets.
• Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced consultants.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to operate within a high-performance environment.
