The ideal candidate will have proven BD experience in tech recruitment, success billing, and the ability to operate in a high-performance environment. The company offers a hybrid work model and substantial commission potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Business Development role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Experience mentoring consultants within a recruitment environment.
• A track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI markets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to operate within a high-performance environment.
