Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Business Development role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• A track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI markets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to operate within a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing new client relationships within US tech market.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across contract and permanent hiring.
• Delivering against individual and multi-hire client requirements.
