Centellic is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support the US payroll operations and related international payrolls. The role focuses on accurate processing, compliance, and data integrity across multiple jurisdictions, including EOR arrangements and collaboration with external providers.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on US payroll experience, knowledge of payroll tax regulations, and familiarity with Workday or ADP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing US payrolls across multiple states.
• Knowledge of US payroll tax legislation, compliance, and year-end processes (W-2).
• Experience with Employer of Record providers (e.g., Deel, Remofirst, Hyer).
• Exposure to international payrolls (UK, APAC, EMEA) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and execution of US payrolls, including multi-state processing and tax administration.
• Input and verify payroll data for accuracy (new hires, terminations, deductions, benefits).
• Support US payroll tax reporting and compliance; assist with other jurisdictions as needed.
• Maintain payroll data integrity across systems and support month-end/year-end activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors to resolve payroll issues.
