Job summary

Just Group plc in London is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager (US Reporting & Technical Accounting) to lead the Group's US GAAP reporting and support high-quality financial reporting across the business. You will provide technical accounting expertise for new products, investments, transactions and strategic initiatives, aligning US GAAP, IFRS and Solvency II frameworks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS reporting knowledge and practical application.
• Experience providing guidance on US GAAP reporting for a life-insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly US GAAP reporting for the Group with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, financial reporting and governance requirements.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to support decisions and initiatives.
• Lead changes to accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Actuarial, Investments and Risk.
