Job summary

Delta Capita Group in London is seeking a Group Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to oversee the integrity of the Group balance sheet and statutory reporting framework. You will act as a key technical accounting resource, supporting the development of the reporting framework, balance sheet governance and financial controls.

You will lead a team, manage consolidation, liaise with auditors and drive reporting automation and improvements within a hybrid work setup in London.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting capability with deep knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Experience in group accounting and consolidation processes.
• Experience leading audit engagements for mid‑sized or regulated organisations.

• Review and analyse financial data for accuracy and completeness.
