Lendable is expanding its US cards program and seeking confident, motivated communicators to help customers achieve financial stability. You will play a key role in defining and managing operational processes from start to finish, making an impact every day.

Expect rotating shifts aligned with US hours, with training in London and a 25-day annual leave package plus US holidays. Hybrid/remote options apply based on role and location.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in any industry in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening and rapport-building.
• Able to handle conflict gracefully and remain composed.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
• Open to feedback and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy solving problems independently and improving processes.

Aufgaben

• Interact with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve issues with care and efficiency.
• Ensure interactions reflect a customer-first approach and meet demand for query resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support the US Cards program.
• Escalate risks that could affect customer outcomes and drive complaint resolution when needed.
• Meet defined personal and team performance targets to support business objectives.
