The Urology department at the Royal Free London is seeking a Senior Clinical Fellow to support services across three hospital sites, starting 1st October 2025, with a focus on endourology.
The successful applicant will work with staff to meet NHS targets for patient waiting times and performance metrics.
In-patient care at the Royal Free is consultant led. The post holder will contribute to patient care, rotating responsibilities with colleagues.
The post holder will be committed to postgraduate training, supervising foundation year doctors, and teaching medical students during Urology attachments.
You will undertake clinical activities in stone and benign services, as well as bladder, prostate, testicular, and renal cancer services. Participation in the on-call rota, MDTs, and teaching sessions is required.
The role supports service redesign and reconfiguration within the department, with responsibilities for outpatient and inpatient care, aiming to meet national and local targets.
Note: The on-call week involves dedicated activities focused on acute services.
