University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to manage a number of clinics and admissions for the Urology Department. You will liaise with patients, carers and staff at all levels and be responsible for the efficient administration of appointments from initial referral to attendance and discharge.

Responsibilities include ensuring Nervecentre information is correct, working with nursing, secretarial, administrative and medical staff, and coordinating waiting

• Manage the administration of appointments from initial referral to patient attendance and discharge.
• Ensure information on Nervecentre is correct and up to date and validate it regularly.
• Liaise with patients, carers and staff at all levels as part of the clinic team.
• Coordinate waiting lists and ensure letters are sent out in keeping with Trust policy.
