Job summary

NHS Professionals is recruiting for an Urgent Mental Health Helpline Administration Coordinator based at St Martins Hospital, Canterbury. The role offers a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, under Band 3 with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.

A temporary post roughly three months in duration, supporting the KMUMHH service within Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust. The administrator will provide frontline admin support, diary management, meeting organisation, and customer service to

• Strong administrative experience.
• Experience with diary management and meetings coordination.
• Customer service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diary management and coordination for KMUMHH and team.
• Organise meetings and events, both virtual and in-person.
• Handle admin emails and mailboxes; answer calls.
• Take minutes and maintain records of decisions.
• Support KPIs and Trust targets through basic analysis.
