Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking Urgent Primary Care Doctors to join our Home Visiting Service across Sussex. You will provide urgent face-to-face care to patients in their own homes, with access to IC24’s fleet and equipment.

You will work with drivers, dispatch teams and NHS colleagues to deliver safe and effective care in a variety of cases. You’ll be a GMC-registered doctor, ideally with MRCGP, and have experience in primary care or urgent care home visiting.

Qualifications

• Hold current GMC registration and be an MRCGP Graduate.
• Experience of face-to-face clinical consultation and home visiting.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent face-to-face care in patients' own homes across Sussex.
• Assess, diagnose and treat urgent primary care needs with appropriate referrals.
• Work with IC24 dispatch teams and wider urgent care colleagues to ensure safe, timely care.
