Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking Urgent Primary Care Doctors to deliver home visiting services across Kent. You will assess and treat housebound patients in their homes, work with dispatch teams, and ensure safe, timely care.

The role offers evening/weekend hours, autonomous practice within a supportive team, and opportunities for CPD and clinical governance involvement. You’ll be part of IC24's urgent care network, delivering patient-centred care in diverse home settings while collaborating

Qualifications

• Hold GMC registration.
• Be an MRCGP graduate.
• Have clinical experience in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, A&E or Out of Hours work.
• Experience of face-to-face clinical consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide facially assessed care and treatment to patients in their own homes.
• Assess risk, make safe clinical decisions and escalate when needed.
• Maintain clinical records within GMC guidelines and CPD requirements.
