Job description

As a Team Manager at IC24, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Health Advisors within the Integrated Urgent Care Division. This role involves creating a high-performing culture, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities include managing, coaching, and mentoring your team, using real-time insights to drive performance, maintaining quality and patient safety, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. You'll work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, providing leadership both in-person and remotely. Flexibility is essential, as shifts include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
