Menlo Park International GPs in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a Salaried GP to join a blended role combining Urgent Treatment Centre sessions with Enhanced Access and routine clinical work. The practice reduces GP admin and uses Clinical Support sessions to support the wider team.
You will work six sessions per week, with UTC sessions at the local hospital and Enhanced Access on Saturdays. NHS Pension, professional fees covered, and generous annual leave are included.
This is a genuinely different kind of Salaried GP role. A blended position combining Urgent Treatment Centre sessions with Enhanced Access and routine clinical work, built around a practice that has deliberately stripped GP admin back to the essentials. There is no traditional duty doctor list here. Instead, dedicated Clinical Support sessions mean you are never carrying a full list on top of covering the wider team.

The practice is based in Ashford, Kent, a well-connected market town with excellent transport links, including a high-speed rail service to London St Pancras in around 38 minutes. Canterbury is around 30 minutes away by car, and Maidstone around 35 minutes, making the role accessible from across east Kent.
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
