City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking an Urgent Care Practitioner to join our team in Goole, delivering timely assessment and treatment for patients with minor injuries, minor illnesses, and acute health concerns. Working with an established multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide timely assessment and treatment that helps patients receive the right care when they need it most. As an Urgent Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care for people of all ages presenting with minor injuries, minor illness and acute health concerns. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and partner organisations to ensure patients have a seamless experience and receive the most appropriate treatment, advice or onward referral. The role offers exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations, with opportunities for ongoing learning, development and support.
