Integrated Care 24 Ltd in Ipswich is seeking a Care Co-Ordinator to take day-to-day ownership of NHS 111, CAS or Out of Hours services, ensuring safe, timely patient care. You will monitor queues, coordinate resources, and support frontline colleagues to maintain service performance across shifts.

• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Monitor service performance against targets and ensure safe patient care.
