Job summary

Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is recruiting Care Co-Ordinators to support NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services in Ashford, Kent. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, coordinate resource deployment and support colleagues to deliver safe, timely patient care.

This role operates in a fast-paced Integrated Urgent Care environment, 24 hours a day, with shifting priorities. You will work with clinical and operational colleagues to monitor performance, identify risks, and help

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care environments is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
