Job summary

Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre in Clackmannanshire is seeking experienced Advanced Practitioners to join the new Forth Valley Urgent Care Walk-in Centre(s). Applicants must be annotated on registers and have significant Advanced Practice experience in primary care or out-of-hours settings to care for all ages, including children.

Successful candidates will supervise Newly Qualified or Trainee Advanced Practitioners, contribute to education within recognised programmes, and support

Qualifications

• Qualified Advanced Practitioner annotated on local and / or national registers.
• Significant Advanced Practice Experience in Primary Care or GP Out of Hours for all age groups.
• HEI accredited competency frameworks including clinical examination and non-medical prescribing for urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with patients and carers regarding clinical conditions and care planning.
• Supervise and assess Newly Qualified or Trainee Advanced Practitioners within academic programmes.
• Contribute to clinical governance and professional development in a multi-professional team.
