Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Pharmacist, Paramedic, or a HCPC registered professional (HCPC, NMC, or GPhC registration).

Responsibilities

• Assess and clinically examine patients with minor and complex needs.
• Plan and evaluate effective management plans for patients.
• Prioritise health problems in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
• Safely refer and discharge patients with advice.
• Triage referrals from external clinicians and patients.
