Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Window Service Engineer to repair, service and maintain social housing properties, focusing on UPVC windows and doors, and aluminium systems.

You will diagnose faults, adjust and replace hardware, perform glazing repairs, and produce clear service reports while managing daily calls and liaising with customers and site contacts.

A full UK driving licence is required and a van is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and servicing windows and doors, especially UPVC systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and locking mechanisms.
• Able to diagnose faults and work independently.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in windows/doors and carry out repairs.
• Adjust and replace hardware as required.
• Carry out glazing repairs where needed.
• Complete clear service reports after each visit.
• Manage daily service calls and interact with customers and site contacts.
