Soho House & Co. in East London is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites at the Redchurch Townhouse. You will contribute to an exceptional member and guest experience in a discreet, high‑end environment.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years’ experience in busy high‑profile venues, be reliable, friendly, and able to work independently as part of a team dedicated to top service standards.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults.
• Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality.
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well‑stocked condition.
• Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE.
• Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required.
• Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter‑free.
