Rosewood London is seeking a Bartender to join Scarfes Bar, delivering high-quality beverages and refined service to guests.

You will work approximately 45 hours across five evening shifts, showcasing your mixology skills in a busy, upscale setting while upholding Rosewood standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale bar environment.

• Efficiently prepare drinks and manage bar setup/breakdown per SOPs.
• Communicate, prioritise and delegate tasks in a refined environment.
• Develop skills and mentor barbacks to enhance guest experience.
