Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a skilled Bartender to join the team in Holborn Dining Room and The Gin Bar. You will craft and present a range of drinks, delivering refined and intuitive service to guests in a luxury brasserie setting.

In this role you will work closely with colleagues, maintain bar SOPs, and contribute to vibrant guest experiences while developing Barbacks and upholding Rosewood standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar setting or cocktail service preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Proactive in developing Barbacks and enhancing guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create drinks to Rosewood standards.
• Set up and break down the bar in line with SOPs.
• Communicate effectively, prioritise tasks, and delegate in high-pressure situations.
• Support Barbacks and contribute to a refined guest experience.
