Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-end setting.
• Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the guest experience at the Gin Bar to Rosewood standards.
• Efficient drink preparation and bar setup/breakdown.
• Communicate, prioritise and delegate tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Support Barbacks and contribute to overall guest experience.
