Job summary

Rosewood London's Scarfes Bar seeks a dedicated bartender to deliver the refined service and high-quality cocktails the venue is known for. You will work approx 45 hours across five evening shifts, contributing to a seamlessly elegant guest experience.

As part of a close-knit team, you will prepare drinks to SOPs, engage guests with warmth, and develop your craft in a high-volume, upscale setting that prizes hospitality and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in crafting cocktails with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Ability to deliver refined, guest-centric service in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of SOPs and bar operations in upscale environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all bar-related aspects of the guest experience to Rosewood standards.
• Efficiently prepare drinks and set up/break down the bar per SOPs.
• Communicate, prioritise and delegate tasks in a sophisticated environment.
• Develop yourself, Barbacks and the overall guest experience.

RoleWe are currently looking for a Bartender to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create high quality beverages and provide engaging, refined and intuitive service to all our guests. This role offers a schedule of approximately 45 hours spread over 5 evening shifts per week.Key expectations of this role areDelivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.Efficiently preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.Taking a proactive approach in developing the yourself, Barbacks and ultimately the overall guest experience.ProfileThe ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.Having a passion for guest service and the art of cocktails crafting.Possessing a thorough understanding of Mixology and bartending in a high volume, upscale environment.All our associates have the opportunity to live by our guiding philosophy which captures the essence of our culture RELATIONSHIP HOSPITALITY.
