Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Bartender for Scarfes Bar, one of London's renowned cocktail destinations. You will deliver exceptional beverage experiences, showcase extensive cocktail knowledge, and provide intuitive guest service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will maintain Rosewood standards, engage guests, and collaborate with a passionate team to create memorable moments while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Passion for cocktails and mixology
• Strong guest-service orientation in a luxury hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building with guests and colleagues
• Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and menu offerings

• Prepare and serve exceptional beverages while delivering refined, personalised service to guests.
• Maintain bar opening, service, and closing procedures to Rosewood standards.

• Keep the bar clean, organised, and presentation-ready during service.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

YOUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar experiences through expert beverage preparation, outstanding product knowledge, and intuitive guest service. You will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and professionalism. Working within a fast-paced luxury environment, you will contribute to the success of the outlet through teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Prepare and serve exceptional beverages while delivering engaging, refined, and personalised service to every guest.
• Maintain all bar opening, service, and closing procedures in accordance with Rosewood standards and operating procedures.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences and encouraging guest loyalty.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and menu offerings to confidently guide guest choices.
• Ensure the bar environment remains clean, organised, well-stocked, and presentation-ready throughout service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support the overall success of the outlet.
