Aspire People are seeking confident Upper KS2 Teachers to work across Birmingham primary schools in Year 5 and Year 6 cohorts. The roles support pupils through SATs preparation and transition to secondary education, with a focus on engaging lessons and high attainment.

We welcome teachers who are passionate about pupil development, strong assessment, and effective behaviour management, with flexible working options and personalised consultant support to find the right school and role.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous UK teaching experience is essential.
• Experience teaching Year 5 and/or Year 6.
• Strong knowledge of the Upper KS2 curriculum.
• Experience preparing pupils for SATs is desirable.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Strong assessment and lesson-planning abilities.
• A commitment to helping every pupil achieve their potential.
