Aspire People is currently recruiting a Qualified Primary Teacher to work in a welcoming primary school in the B45 area of Birmingham, covering Year 4 and Year 5 and delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum. The successful candidate will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, differentiate for a range of abilities and maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience in a primary school setting, ideally KS2.
• Strong knowledge of Year 4 and Year 5 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Teach across Year 4 and Year 5, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Deliver high-quality teaching in English, Maths and Science and other core subjects.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour with clear expectations and routines.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Support pupils with varying abilities and provide appropriate challenges.
