Job summary

REESON Education is seeking an enthusiastic Upper KS2 Teacher for a vibrant Hillingdon primary school near the station. The role offers a potential TL R leadership opportunity and a supportive CPD programme within a two-form entry setting.

The successful candidate will hold UK QTS, have recent KS2 experience, and show strong curriculum knowledge with excellent classroom management. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026 or November 2026 depending on the school's needs.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and core subjects.
• Excellent classroom management and pastoral care.
• Open to taking on a subject leadership role (TLR if chosen).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Upper KS2 lessons aligned to the national curriculum.
• Prepare pupils for SATs and transition to secondary school.
• Monitor progress through assessment and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the school community.
• Contribute to school improvement through subject leadership if desired.
