Location: South Ockendon
Daily Rate: £88 – £105
Contract Type: Full-Time | Term Time Only

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants in South Ockendon. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities
  • Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Help pupils with additional needs to engage and succeed
  • Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and motivation

Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C / Level 4 or above)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, patient, and supportive attitude
  • Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ideally registered on the DBS Update Service, or willing to obtain a new DBS check

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working with children or young people in any setting
  • Background in a support or people-facing role
  • Familiarity with school or educational environments
