We're working with an extraordinary SEN school in Cardiff that is looking for a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist to join their team. This isn't your typical classroom role. As a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist, you'll work alongside experienced SEN teachers and behaviour support professionals, supporting learners aged 12-19 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and complex behavioural needs.
