Job description

Main Function

To provide exceptional levels of customer service to all customers. Merchandise, promote, and sell all OMEGA products to end consumers. Meet all sales targets and boutique objectives.

Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Greet and serve all customers, providing friendly service and delivering a memorable experience. Be familiar with the product range, past and present, to provide detailed information. Maintain good knowledge of watch functions and other OMEGA products. Provide reliable sales and customer service information. Assist in merchandise display. Contribute to reaching sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Security: Help control shrinkage through attentive action, merchandise handling, accident prevention, and careful operation of tills and policies. Be aware of security hot spots and follow company procedures for opening/closing the store and processing deliveries.
  • Cash Handling/Payment Transactions: Handle all transactions responsibly and securely, including till functions, cashing up, and dealing with various payment methods.
  • Care of the Store: Keep the store clean and presentable at all times, maintaining both back of house and shop floor standards. Be health and safety conscious and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Communication: Follow company policies, attend briefings, present oneself professionally, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, including international clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Attend training, stay proactive in learning about new products, and be capable of delivering knowledgeable information to customers.
  • Other: Perform any additional duties as directed by the line manager.
Professional requirements
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, jewelry, or watch retail environments.
  • Understanding of luxury retail standards and passion for watches or luxury products.
  • Flexibility for shifts, extended hours, and VIP service.
  • Experience with international customers and multilingual abilities, e.g., Mandarin or Arabic.
