KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional, one-to-one service tailored to each client’s individual style and needs
• Act as a brand ambassador, bringing to life the artistry and stories behind each piece
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with UHNW clientele through genuine clienteling and aftercare
• Consistently exceed personal and team sales targets through deep product knowledge and strategic selling

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, ideally with fine jewellery or premium accessories
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences
• Warm, polished, and confident communicator with a natural ability to build trust
• Strong product storytelling skills and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage
