Job summary

Crooton ltd in Malton, North Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide clinical leadership and hands-on care. Working 36 hours per week, you will oversee daily nursing duties, ensure safe medication administration, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

You will lead nurses and carers, drive quality improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance with NMC standards.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration is required and revalidation up to date.
• Strong experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a clinical or social care setting with proven leadership skills.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, sound decision-making, and understanding of regulatory standards.
