Crooton ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership in Malton, UK. The role involves leading nurses and carers to deliver person-centred care, ensure safe medication administration, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will oversee care planning, mentor staff, and champion dignity and resident wellbeing in partnership with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration and up-to-date revalidation.
• Strong experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a clinical or social care setting, with proven leadership skills.
• Excellent decision-making abilities and up-to-date regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilités

Hours: 36 hours a week - Days (alternate weekend working)

Pay: £24.90 per hour

Combine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing.
