Job summary

Crooton Ltd is recruiting Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) for a Care Home in Bristol. This leadership role oversees nursing and care delivery, ensuring person-centred care and regulatory compliance, with 36 hours per week on day shifts and occasional nights.

You will lead nurses and care staff, supervise clinical governance, and mentor teams to maintain high standards. Active NMC registration and at least five years' RGN experience are essential.

• Minimum of 5 years as an RGN in clinical or social care with leadership experience.

Hours: 36 hours a week - Days (with flexibility for occasional nights)

Pay : 23.50 per hour

Combine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing.

About You

Credentials:
