Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting for a Unit Manager at Foxcrest Hills, Coalville, opening Jan 2027. You will lead care teams, coach staff, ensure residents receive high quality care and maintain compliant records.

The role involves on-call duties outside office hours and a rolling three-shift pattern. Permanent position with shift options of Full Time Days 08:00-20:00 and an hourly rate of £18.24.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in care or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in leading care teams is advantageous.
• Strong communication and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as person in charge outside office hours and when the GM/Care Manager is absent.
• Provide high-quality personal care following care plans, acting as key worker for a group of residents.
• Ensure Health & Safety, COSHH and Health & Social Care Act compliance and infection control awareness.
• Undertake Move-In assessments and discuss suitability with the GM/Care Manager.
• Contribute to formulation of individual care plans for residents.
• Handle medication administration and maintain accurate records.
