• You will have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; attend safeguarding training.
• Ability to recognise signs of potential abuse, harm or neglect and report concerns.

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and deliver the best level of care.
• Run the entire home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent.
