Intact Insurance UK is seeking an enthusiastic operations support professional to join our specialist underwriting teams in Chelmsford. You’ll help ensure accurate processing across new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments while upholding data integrity and regulatory standards.

You’ll collaborate with brokers, claims teams and other partners, handling daily workflows, producing essential documents, and continuously learning with full training and development support.

• Supporting specialist underwriting teams with accurate processing and administration across new business, renewals, and mid term adjustments.
• Producing documentation including policies, invoices, certificates, and endorsements to agreed quality standards and service levels.
• Reviewing underwriting instructions and escalating unclear or non standard information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handling daily workflows effectively to meet service expectations, key performance indicators, and regulatory requirements.
• Building positive working relationships with colleagues, brokers, claims teams and other business partners to support successful outcomes
