Talbot, operating within the Lloyd's Insurance Market, is hiring an Underwriting Operations Support Manager on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave in London. You will lead a team of Technical Assistants and collaborate with underwriters and IT to optimise end-to-end processes.
Key responsibilities include staff development, performance management, monitoring quality and productivity, and ensuring compliant workflows.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the management of underwriting support staff. The staff roles managed may include any combination of Technical Assistant or Sr. Technical Assistant. This includes human resource management including mentoring, counselling, goal setting, and staff development. Promotes teamwork and collaboration in partnership with underwriting and other functional teams within the company.
