Underwriting Operations Analyst

We are seeking an analytically minded Underwriting or Operations Assistant to join a growing Underwriting Operations team within a Global Multi-Class MGA and Lloyds Syndicate.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Collaborating with underwriters, underwriting assistants, and other departments to improve underwriting processes.
  2. Documenting and maintaining Underwriting Administration Manuals and Training materials, and managing audit requests.
  3. Engaging weekly and monthly with the underwriting support teams to review activity and KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  4. Implementing streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the London Insurance Market within Underwriting or central operations.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience, working with internal and external contacts.
