The Fidelis Partnership in London seeks an experienced Underwriting Governance Consultant to strengthen the underwriting governance framework across the business. You will work with underwriting teams, senior management and stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial London market environment.

You will help enhance controls, policies and documentation, coordinate audits, and support regulatory reporting while applying analytical and governance expertise to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in underwriting governance, risk, compliance or related insurance function.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with datasets.
• Experience with audits, governance assessments or regulatory reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

• Develop, enhance and operate The Fidelis Partnership underwriting governance framework.
• Create controls to ensure effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
• Draft and maintain governance policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Track and report on audit actions; build monitoring tools.
• Support internal/external audits with stakeholder engagement and evidence.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and governance submissions; develop training materials.
