Job summary

Travelers Companies, Inc. is recruiting for an Underwriting Controls Support role. You will assist with coordination of underwriting reviews, authorities, and management reporting, ensuring accurate and timely outputs across internal and external audits.

You will work in a hybrid environment with three days in the office and two at home, interacting with colleagues at all levels to uphold underwriting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Insurance company or Lloyd's Syndicate is preferred.
• Familiarity with underwriting/workflow platforms and reporting tools.
• Strong numerical and detail-oriented capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer Underwriting Reviews and reports.
• Monitor findings and support best practices in underwriting controls.
• Assist with Underwriting Authorities and management reporting.
• Track audits and ensure timely, accurate reporting across reviews.
