Responsibilities

• Triage, process and input New Business, Renewals and mid-term adjustments on IT systems.
• Enter quotes, risks and endorsements accurately for reporting.
• Obtain information for local policies with the team and underwriters.
• Support underwriters by handling queries and preparing renewal documentation.
• Assist with pricing and risk classification per underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with Risk Control, Claims, Marketing and Finance as required.
• Resolve overdue premium or tax queries with credit control.
• Prepare loss reports for brokers.
