Underwriter - Financial Institutions & Management Liabilities
Are you experienced in the Regional Financial Lines (FL) & Institutions market and seeking a new challenge?
We are expanding our Financial Institutions capabilities within the UK regional space and looking for an Underwriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and people skills, as you will negotiate with key broker partners, meet with large clients face-to-face during pre-renewal meetings, and develop our FL offerings across the UK Regional network.
About the role:
You will be part of the Regional Financial Lines team, operating under a Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS) underwriting license. The role involves underwriting Financial Institutions, Directors and Officers Liability insurance, and Commercial Crime insurance. You will handle renewals and new business in line with GCS & Mid-Market strategies, engaging confidently with internal and external collaborators to achieve business objectives. Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
