Job summary

Warwick Medical School is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to fill the post of Undergraduate Coordinator on a 12-month fixed contract. This role supports the management, administration and delivery of the department’s two undergraduate taught courses, providing excellent customer service as the first contact for applicants, students and academic staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing high-quality administrative or programme support within higher education or a similarly complex environment.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with staff, students and colleagues across the University.

Responsibilities
